This application has been filed to amend the petitioners name in the petition by an order dated 23.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6348 of 2023 as Ramu @ Raji and Ruthirakumar @ Udhaya instead of Ramu @ Udhaya and Ruthurakumar @ Raji.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and the order copy in Crl.O.P.No.6348 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
