.. 2nd Respondent in both CRPs Common Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order dated 04.12.2014 made in (i) I.A.No.156 of 2014 in MCOP.No.208 of 2010 (ii) I.A.No.157 of 2014 in MCOP.No.210 of 2010 respectively on the file of the II Additional Sub Judge at Salem and allow the petition.
For Petitioner :Ms.K.Rajasekaran COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matters in MCOP.No.208 of 2010 and MCOP.No.210 are settled
before the II Additional Sub Judge at Salem and seeks permission S.VIMALA,J ds of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions and has made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner also submitted letters dated 20.04.2016 to the Registry, requesting to post the above Civil Revision Petitions for withdrawal, enclosing the copy of joint memo and receipt filed in R.E.P.No.206 of 2012 in MCOP.No.208 of 2010 and R.E.P.No.207 of 2012 in MCOP.No.210 of 2010, before the I Additional Sub Judge, Salem.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 29.04.2016 ds To:
