The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to pay the Subsistence Allowance to the petitioner and to conduct enquiry and pass final orders pursuant to the suspension order dated 21.10.2014 at earliest.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
