This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7375 of 2023 by its order dated 11.04.2023.

petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7375 of 2025 dated 11.04.2023 is relaxed.
