O R D E R

The defendants 1 to 4 in the suit in O.S.No.169 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam, have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.169 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2.The plaintiffs filed the suit in O.S.No.169 of 2014 for declaration and for mandatory injunction.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the plaintiffs also filed a suit in O.S.No.184 of 2011 for permanent injunction and at the instance of the petitioners, this Court, in C.R.P.(PD).No.2563 of 2015 dated 01.07.2015 directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.184 of 2011 within four months time. Further, the learned counsel submitted that both the suits are connected and therefore, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the same with four months time. That apart, the learned counsel submitted that both the suits are tried jointly.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif, Mettupalayam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.169 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
