The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the complaint given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent on 04.03.2019 to 1st respondent or any other agency other than the State Police agency for further enquiry and necessary action over the complaint of the petitioner.

2.When the matter had come up before this Court on 16.04.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby this Court had directed the matter to be posted today, under the caption 'For dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default/Non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
