This petition has been filed to relax the condition 5(b), the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until Page No.1 of 4

further orders; imposed by this Court dated 02.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32250 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32250 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
