O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.33 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before CCB/CBCID Special Court, Egmore, Chennai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.612 of 2025.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
