Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give permission to the petitioner to conduct a cultural program schedule to be held on 29.6.2015 in "Arulmigu Sivan Temple" at Pannamalai Nagapuram, Namagunam Post, Sendurai Taluk, Ariyalur District by considering the petitioner representation dated 04.06.2015.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that he is the Organizer of the Temple festival of "Arulmigu Sivan Temple" at Pannamalai Nagapuram, Namagunam Post, Sendurai Taluk, Ariyalur District and he submitted an application dated 04.06.2015 to the respondents praying for permission to conduct cultural programme to be held on 29.06.2015 and since no orders came to be passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

3.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 25.06.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
