This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR as per the CSR No.241 of 2016, on the file of the respondent dated 03.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 03.07.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
