This miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 110 days in representing the appeal, in C.M.A.Sr.No.29536 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition is perused.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and in view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court finds it appropriate to condone the delay.
