This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.473 of 2023

registered on the file of the first respondent police registered for offences under Sections 143, 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC as against the petitioner and others.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.473 of 2023, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore on 08.04.2025.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
