ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that history sheeter Anandha Raj was murdered by some of his enemies. The respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner in connection with murder of Anandha Raj. Therefore, this petition. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner is named accused in the First Information Report in Cr.No.35 of 2023, registered for the offence 147 I.P.C. Petitioner is absconding. Petitioner is required for investigation of the murder case. 4.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the petitioner is a named accused, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation. However, respondent is directed to follow the due process established by law while enquiring the petitioner.
