The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondent police states that the complaint been registered for offence under Sections 323 & 506(i) IPC and on completion of investigation final report already filed and same has been allotted LTN2024000260C202400012 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry on 04.04.2024.

In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
