ORDER

This Court by an order dated 28.08.2018 in W.P.No.11885 of 2017, has passed the following direction: "3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 29.03.2017 and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to submit the copies of the representations and other relevant documents along with the copy of this order".

2.The learned counsel for the respondents states that the order stands complied with and representations given by all the petitioners have been considered and also allowances have been directed to be paid towards the actual amount of gratuity.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that they are also entitled to receive the interest of the said amount. The order dated 28.08.2018 in W.P.No.11885 of 2017 is directed to consider the representation which has been complied with and it cannot be said that there is any violation or willful disobedience of the order dated 28.08.2019.

3 Cont.p.No.708 of 2019 4.Therefore, the contempt petition is closed and the contempt notice have discharged. Needless to state that in case the petitioner have any grievance regarding the amount which they have received in pursuant to the order dated 28.08.2018 in W.P.No.11885 of 2017, they are at liberty to file fresh writ petitions for recovery of the said amount.
