The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.09.2018 made in W.P.No. 23135 of 2018.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court by passing an order on 24.09.2020. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced a copy of the Compliance Report dated 24.09.2020.

3. Mr. Prabhakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition may be closed. Page 2/3
