By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that he is the Organizer of the Temple festival of "Arulmigu Duraivathai Amman Temple" at Kudalur Post, Alanthur Vattam, Peramballur District and he submitted an application dated 08.06.2015 to the respondent praying for permission to conduct cultural programme to be held on 22.06.2015 and since no orders came to be passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 19.06.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
