The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.41292 of 2016 dated 24.11.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned counsel for respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. However, the said submission is disputed by learned counsel for petitioner stating that there is an error in the calculation and the entire amount has not been paid.

4. There is no point in keeping this Contempt Petition pending when the order of this Court has been complied with. If there is any dispute with regard to calculation of amount, petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to respondents there regards.
