The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him in para no.7(b) that the petitioner(s) shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3310 of 2025, dated 10.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for four days and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court.

3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for modification, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para no.7(b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3310 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025.
