This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No.2539 of 2013 before the Metropolitan Magistrate Court concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, Mr.K.M.Muniyasamy, Inspector of Police, R-3, Ashok Nagar Police Station, Chennai-83 is present.

4. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.2539 of 2013 has been completed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closure report has been filed before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet on 10.08.2016, after service of RCS notice No.6 of 2016 on the petitioner/de facto complainant. A copy of the RCS notice and closure report is furnished on the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
