ORDER

Perused the report of the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet with respect to G.W.O.P.No.188 of 2019. 2.It is seen that a memo had been filed by the revision petitioner for amendment on 30.04.2021 and it had been returned stating that the petitioner has to file a petition for amendment under Order VI Rule 17 of Civil Procedure Code.

ssi 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners is not clear whether such an application has been filed.

4.A direction is given to the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpet that whenever witnesses can be examined, and whenever the examination of witnesses in this particular case commences, four months' outer time is given to dispose of the said G.W.O.P.No.188 of 2019. 5.With the said observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
