This petition is filed to dispense with the production of a copy of the original judgment and decree dated 31.10.2019 in O.S.No.838 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore in the above second appeal.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition stands allowed.

3.The petitioner is required to produce the certified copy as and when he obtains the same.
