ORDER
The wife is the petitioner before this court seeking a transfer of H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2024 filed by her husband, respondent herein, on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri, seeking divorce, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

The reasons for the transfer are as follows:
(a) The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.1775 of 2024 before the Family Court, Coimbatore, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. (b) The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Coimbatore.
Considering the above facts, the request for transfer appears justified and accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed. H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2024 shall be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.1775 of 2024.
