Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration (Amendment) Act 2010 passed in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu on 08.1.2010 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary dated 08.01.2010 as null and void, since the same has been passed against the Constitution of India and allow the petitioner to continue in the name of Tamil Nadu Human Rights Protection and Corruption Elimination Society.
