Though notice was sent to the petitioner, who is appearing in person, on 17.6.2013 and the name of the petitioner is also shown in the cause list, the petitioner was not present on the last date of hearing i.e., on 30.8.2018, hence, on 30.8.2018, the matter was directed to be listed for dismissal today.
2. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel, hence, writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
