ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.110 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act XIV of 1982 on 16.04.2021.
3.
