Respondents W.P.No.6058 of 2015 has been filed, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned Tender bearing No.TACTV/Satellite (FTA) Channels/2/2015, dated 09.02.2015, issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same.
W.P.No.9966 of 2015 has been filed, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to re-link and continue to telecast the channel of ''Makkal TV'' under the same channel frequency of S-4 in super band under the category of Free to Air Channel without altering its position and status in terms of list published by the first respondent in its website.
4/8 W.P.No.14196 of 2015 has been filed, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order made in Proc No.3987/FTA Channels/2015/1, dated 10.04.2015, passed by the first respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the first respondent to re-transmit and continue to telecast the channel of ''Makkal TV'' under the channel frequency of S-9 in super band instead of U-40 under the category of Free To Air channels and also maintain the status in terms of list published by the first respondent in its website on par with other FTA channels.
