This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.605 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. It is seen from the petition that the petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner company as well as the employees.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR on behalf of its employees. The petitioner being the company is not an accused in Crime No.605 of 2020.

4. When the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.605 of 2020, the petitioner cannot file quash petition on behalf of its employees. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the other accused persons to file a separate quash petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
