ORDER

The petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.515 of 2005 on the file of the first respondent police. Seeking to quash the same, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. There is no representation for the second respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on completing investigation, charge sheet was laid in C.C.No.165/2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sankagiri and the case was tried and the first accused the petitioner herein was acquitted. The said statement is recorded.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
