These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 958 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in S.A. No.1039 of 2011, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in S.A. No.1039 of 2011, (iii) to bring on record the 2nd proposed respondent herein as 2nd respondent in S.A. No.1039 of 2011, (iv) to condone the delay of 958 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in S.A. No.753 of 2011, (v) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in S.A. No.753 of 2011 and, (vi) to bring on record the 2nd proposed respondent herein as 2nd respondent in S.A. No.753 of 2011, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
