This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to Na.Ka.No.2145/A1/2013 dated 16.9.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to disburse the terminal dues to the petitioner as sanctioned by the 1st respondent vide proceedings No.P23/12312555/3/R2312555 dt.28.07.2014 with interest and issue No Due Certificate to the pension payment authority. 2/4

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that the terminal benefits have already been encashed and paid to the Petitioner on 22.03.2007.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner also submits that the benefits as sought for by the Petitioner have already been paid to him.

4. Once the terminal benefits were paid to the Petitioner, cause does not survive any more to the Petitioner to prosecute this petition.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 08.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No arr 3/4
