O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 17.06.2017 preferred as against the order passed by the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No.10/A1/2016 dated 05.06.2017 in respect of the complaint given the petitioner seeking for cancellation of forged sale deed Registered as Document No.227/2012 dated 20.01.2012 on the file of third respondent, executed by the mother of respondents 5 to 7 in favour of eighth respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, without going into the merits of the case, may issue direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 17.06.2017, within a reasonable time frame and grant liberty to the 2/4

petitioner to canvass all the points before the first respondent. 3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 17.06.2017, as expeditiously as possible. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the first respondent in the manner known to law.
