Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the petition in O.P.No.2934 of 2011 within a period of three months.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/wife has filed a petition in O.P.No.2934 of 2011 for divorce on the ground of cruelty before I Additional Family Court, Chennai, which is pending for more than four years. He further submitted that since the trial Court is not willing to dispose of the same, he has come forward with this revision for early disposal.

sri 3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for early disposal of the petition in O.P.No.2934 of 2011 as sought for by the petitioner.

4.Considering the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the petition as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, I Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the petition in O.P.No.2934 of 2011 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
