ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2) (a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) 5 (1)(d) of ITP Act and Section 370A(2) IPC, in AVS Crime Nos. (not known) of 2021 & 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Seven petitions are filed by the same person seeking anticipatory bail without assigning any crime number. The petitioner herein, who claims to be the owner of the licensed Spa, by filing these seven petitions without assigning crime number made an attempt to get a blanket order for protection of his activities.
3.
