W.P.No.9944 of 2022 N. SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This Court by an Order dated 21.04.2022, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority on or before 22.04.2022.

2. As the petitioner has not complied the said condition, bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner for production of the petitioner before this Court on 22.08.2022.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they had paid a sum of Rs.3000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority and also produced the receipt issued for paying the amount and hence, submitted that the Bailable warrant may be recalled.
