ORDER

The petitioner seeks for online updation of the revenue records for the subject property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. The petitioner had given a representation on 04.02.2026 to the 1st respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

2. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026, seeking for updation of the online revenue records maintained by the respondents for the subject property, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. Since no adverse order is passed as against the 4th respondent in this Writ Petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 1st respondent to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026, seeking for updation of the online revenue records, in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents to be produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
