(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this bail application stating that investigation is pending and the victim child is aged about 4 years, is yet to be taken for medical examination.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to renew the application after some time.
