JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants in both the appeals.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the appellant/accused have already undergone sentence imposed by the trial court. Thereafter, one of the accused had already withdrawn the appeal filed by him in Crl.A.No.543/2011 and the same was already disposed of on the same heading. Therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a report stating that the appellants in both the appeals had already undergone sentence and submitted the relevant records. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This court perused the available materials on record. In view of the above, these appeals are dismissed as infructuous.
