O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No. 37227 of 2015 dated 23.11.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, that the matter is being referred to the Committee and steps are being taken to consider the requests of all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ concerned, no contempt would arise, as the allotment of

shops for physically challenged persons has to be regulated in a proper manner. In my view, the respondent shall consider the case of all similarly placed like that of the petitioner, irrespective of the fact that they have approached the Court or not.

4.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
