ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 05.12.2020 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. On receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioner, the said representation was disposed of by the second respondent by its communication dated 07.12.2020. A perusal of the said order dated 07.12.2020 revealed that already the claim papers were received from the nominee and was settled with the amount.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be

dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for any claim as against the third respondent in the manner known to law, if so advised.
