This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, in pursuance of the complaint given before the second respondent by the third respondent in Crime No.Not Known of 2020.
2. It is represented that the petitioners have been arrayed as accused in Crime No. Not Known. Further, the petitioners have been frequently called by the 2nd respondent Police to appear for enquiry. Hence, this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to issue 41A notice and call the petitioners for enquiry for the purpose of enquiry or investigation.
