The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry in Cr.No.28 of 2014 registered under Section 145 Cr.P.C on the file of the 6th respondent and conclude the same within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already the Revenue Divisional Officers' enquiry has been conducted and sent the report to the 6th respondent Police and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
