, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2526 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Heard Mr.J. Franklin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Mr. R. Gokulakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the claimants/respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Dakshinamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent Insurance Company,did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 2526 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission along with CMA No.3087 of 2023 on 09.09.2024.
