2. The applicant asserts that the suit is in respect of the supply of goods, and that the goods were supplied from Chennai. The applicant also states that part payment was made to the applicant's Bank.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, the cause of action has arisen at least partly within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A.No.1750 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
