ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.30496 of 2016, by order dt 26.09.2016, directed the 3rd respondent herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner herein as Office Assistant, in the services of the Voorhees Higher Secondary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ School at Vellore, with effect from 11.04.2016 with

conferment of all benefits and to pass necessary orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and also to pay arrears of salary within a period of one month thereafter.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
