Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider petitioner proposal dated 16.08.2018 in the light of the Division Bench judgment in Director of School Education Vs. K.Uma, reported in 2010(2) MLJ 277.

O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner has sent a proposal on 16.08.2018 for grant of approval of appointments.

2.However, the said proposal is kept pending for several months.

3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the Physical Education Teacher, who is already in service is unable to get salary.

4.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the writ petitioner on 16.08.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.
