(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 17/4/2018 made in W.A.No.1151 of 2017.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader placing reliance on the compliance report submitted that Government Order has been passed in G.O.Ms.No.83, Environment and Forests (FR.2-I) Department dated 26/8/2019, subject to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.No.19254 of 2018 and 29396 of 2018. A copy of the aforesaid G.O., 2/3

has also been placed before us.
