ORDER

Today i.e., on 14.12.2020, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the respondents. Earlier observing that the respondents had been taking time under one pretext or the other, an interim order directing the concerned police to extend police protection, in case, a request is made by the petitioner for protection in pursuance of the order in I.A.No.302 of 2016 in O.S.No.43 of 2016 dated 28.04.2016 was granted by this Court on 29.11.2016. In view of the above, this Court finds that the respondents are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, interim order already granted by this Court dated 29.11.2016 is extended till the disposal of the suit. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
