O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to include the petitioners' name in the Statewide Seniority List in the light of G.O.Ms.No.202, Environment and Forest Department dated 18.12.2013 so as to enable the petitioners to get their service regularised in the time scale of pay as Plot Watchers (Supernumerary) within a time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest) who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 sought six weeks time to consider the petitioners' request.

In view of the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, the respondents 1 and 2 are hereby directed to consider the names of the petitioners in the light of G.O.Ms.No.202, Environment and Forest

Department, dated 03.08.1999 for the purpose of including their names in the Statewide Seniority List, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
