PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct for the earlier disposal of the suit in O.S. No.149 of 2007, on the file of the District Munsif of Ambattur, within a time frame.

O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif of Ambattur to dispose of the O.S. No.149 of 2007 within a time frame may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the revision petitioners have filed a suit in O.S. No.149 of 2007 for permanent injunction. Now, the said suit is at the stage of cross examination of PW3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no other application is pending in the aforesaid suit. The suit has been filed in the year of 2007, and the same is pending for more than 10 years. There is no legal impediment to dispose of the suit, however, the suit is being adjourned from time to time. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner before this Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Ambattur to dispose of the O.S. No.149 of 2007, in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
